This is a small, hobby-run website for sharing my polymer clay creatures and offering occasional adoptions. Below is how I handle your data and outline how the shop works.
Who I Am
This site is run by one person, just me. The website address is: http://bethsbestiary.com.
What Data Is Collected
If you place an order, I receive your name, email address, and postal address. This is used only to process your payment and send your item.
Who Your Data Is Shared With
- PayPal, to process payment
- Royal Mail, to deliver your parcel
I don’t use your data for marketing or share it with anyone else.
How Long Data Is Kept
Order details are kept only as long as needed to complete the sale and confirm delivery. If you’d like your info deleted afterward, just let me know.
Your Rights
You can request to see or delete any personal data held about you. This doesn’t include data I’m required to keep for legal or security reasons.
Handmade Nature
Each creature is handmade, so small variations in colour, texture, or shape are part of their nature. I do my best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, but screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear.
Shipping
I currently ship within the UK only. Items are packed with soft padding and sent in sturdy boxes.
Refunds & Returns
I don’t offer refunds for minor differences or changes of mind. Refunds or replacements are only considered if something arrives damaged or clearly not as described (for example, missing a listed feature).
