Payment Info

All payments on this site are handled safely through PayPal. When you check out, PayPal sends your order confirmation, receipt, and any shipping or tracking updates straight to your email.

Please keep your PayPal transaction ID handy in case you ever need help with your order.

If you choose a PayPal option, you’ll log into your PayPal account as normal. If you pay with Apple Pay or a debit/credit card, etc, PayPal processes it as a guest checkout, you don’t need a PayPal account, you’ll still receive the same emails and updates from PayPal either way.

Where I Ship

I currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available.

Processing Time

All items are handmade. Orders can take up to 2 weeks or longer to create before posting, depending on the piece and my workload. If there is ever a significant delay, I will contact you.

Postage

Standard UK postage is included in the item price unless you choose to upgrade to a faster or tracked service at checkout. (if an upgrade isn’t available for your chosen item please reach out)

Orders are sent using:

• Or other reputable UK mail companies (depending on size or service availability)

Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Typical UK delivery estimates:

• 1st Class: 1–2 working days
• 2nd Class: 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Items are packaged securely to protect the sculpture during transit.
