Handmade Items

All sculptures are handmade, so small variations in colour, shape, or size are normal. These are part of the charm of handmade work.

Ordering

Orders are created in the order they are received. Processing time is up to 2 weeks or longer depending on the piece.

Payment

Payments are handled securely through PayPal. Work begins once payment has cleared.

Returns

If you wish to return an item:

• You must contact me first.
• You are responsible for return postage costs.
• The item must be returned in the same condition it left me.
• It must be properly repackaged to avoid damage.
• If the item is returned damaged due to poor packaging, I may not be able to offer a refund.

Non‑returnable Items

Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 36 hours of placing your order. After this time, I have already started working on your piece and cancellations may not be possible.

Liability

• I am not responsible for courier delays once the item has been posted.
• I am not responsible for damage caused by customer mishandling.
• Sculptures are decorative items and not toys.
• All artwork, photos, and designs remain my intellectual property.
